About Mishelle

Mishelle strives to take an open, curious and non-judgemental stance in all aspects of her work. She believes in working together with the client on therapy goals, balancing change with validation and obtaining and incorporating regular feedback. She provides evidence-based therapy and chooses the approach that is congruent to the client.

Background and Experience

Mishelle is a Clinical Psychologist and she has worked for several years both in Australia and Singapore. She has worked in academic settings, in the community, a Drug and Alcohol Service and private practice. Mishelle is also an approved supervisor by the Psychology Board of Australia and has supervised provisional psychologists and other professionals. She has a keen interest in working with young people including children and adolescents. Her special area of interest is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and she is continuing training in this area.
